Absolutely! Sarasota’s fine living also includes amazing theater, Ringling School of Art and Ringling Art Museum, ballet & symphony. Even Hollywood enjoys Sarasota, appearing each year during Sarasota’s coveted Film Festival.

Don’t worry, Sarasota will not be confused (EVER) with Hollywood, though once a year Hollywood comes to town.

It’s normal, every day people who mostly make up Sarasota. People like my family. My wife and I go to work each day. Our two children go to one of Sarasota’s A+ schools (I think every school in Sarasota is A-rated).

Our kids play at Sarasota’s wonderful public parks, beaches, ball fields & school playgrounds. Pleasant weather (year-round) makes it easy to play outdoors. On (almost every) Sunday around 6:00 PM, Sarasotans and visitors alike gather to enjoy the popular “Drum Circle.” You need to experience this soothing relaxing experience combining the sea air, mild waves crashing, children playing & drummers pounding.
