How much are the taxes?
Craig, I sold this property on 2/11/2011. 2010 taxes were around $3,300 for the year. Let me know if you’re interested in a similar property. By the way, that buyer received one of the better deals out there – he bought a move-in ready waterfront property with a STRAIGHT shot to the Gulf for $240,000.
